The judicial stage of intervention begins should the extrajudicial stage not have given positive results or in the case that there be the intention to proceed into the judicial stage against the unfulfilled debtor.
SPECIFICALLY ORIENTED LEGAL ACTION
One of the main foundations upon which our intervention is based, in judicial debt recovery, is the ability to understand and evaluate the debtor's economic and financial situation preemptively. The objective is to initiate only specifically oriented legal action when there is a reasonable probability of success.

DEBT COLLECTION OPERATIVE METHOD
If after the assessment is carried out, at the end of the extrajudicial phase, an unfavorable economic or financial situation emerges on behalf of the debtor, it is therefore communicated to the client that it is inadvisable to proceed with the debt recovery through legal action
Should the assessment carried out produce favorable elements on behalf of the debtor, we suggest recovering the debt through legal action, communicating the costs, necessary time and probability of success beforehand
For larger debts, it could be necessary to go forward with a judicial proceeding, despite the certainty or probability of a negative result in order to correctly obtain a tax deduction on the uncollectable debt.
This objective can also be obtained through a transfer of credit.

PROCEDURAL AND MONITORING COSTS ARE COMMUNICATED PREEMPTIVELY
Another important aspect that characterizes our operative method is to preemptively communicate costs, necessary time and probability of the of the judicial legal proceeding being successful, as well as monitoring the debtor, and detecting in a timely manner any prejudicial events that could influence obtaining a positive result.
