Debt recovery with Italian lawyers:

debt recovery carried out through the intervention of Italian law firms often has the one objective of obtaining an immediate judicial sentence obliging the debtor to settle his unpaid debt, without the preliminary verification regarding the debtor's state of solvency and the creditor's advantage in taking legal action.

Debt recovery with a debt collection agency:

	debt collection agencies, as opposed to Italian lawyers, mainly carry out their debt recovery activity in the extrajudicial stage, with specialized personnel, with the primary objective of defining the dispute amicably, in order for the debtor to spontaneously settle his unpaid debt.
	debt recovery in the judicial stage is carried out successively, only under the circumstance that there is a negative result of the first intervention in the extrajudicial stage and when the debtor's patrimony provides sufficient guarantees of solvency for a fruitful result in the judicial stage.
